Pastor Bob Parker
Dr. Bob and Janice Parker came to Blvd Baptist Church in March of 2023.
The Parkers met while attending Bible College and were married on July 30th, 1983 and have been in the ministry their entire married life. God has blessed them with 5 daughters of which two are married to pastors and all are serving the Lord in their local churches in different capacities. They presently have 15 grandchildren, and consider their children and families their greatest testimony and legacy. They are thankful for God’s blessings on their family.
Pastor and Janice have had a fruitful ministry together. In most recent years they planted churches, restored churches and helped churches find pastors .Bro. Parker has preached revivals, missions conferences and family conferences through out the country and on the foreign fields.
God gave Bro. Parker the desire of his heart a few years ago. As young he wanted to go into law enforcement, several years later while pastoring in Mississippi God gave him that opportunity. He has also worked with several law enforcement agencies as a chaplain and is a NRA instructor.
They count it a privilege to serve at Blvd Baptist Church and look forward to many years of God's blessings.
Jacob Gaston Music Director
Hello! We are Jacob and Brittany Gaston. We serve in several capacities here at Boulevard Baptist Church, with Jacob being the Music Minister and Brittany being the main church pianist. Brittany also serves as an assistant to the church Secretary and teaches at Boulevard Baptist Christian School! Brittany grew up in a pastor’s home in Columbus, Indiana, where she learned much about ministry. Jacob grew up in Burleson, Texas and attended Boulevard his entire life. They met at Heartland Baptist Bible College in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in the fall of 2019. After a few years, they began to grow closer, and were married in 2022. Jacob Graduated in 2023 with a Music Minister degree, and the Lord worked in great ways to bring us to Boulevard Baptist Church! As we continue to serve, we are excited to see the Lord work and grow for His glory!
